kolatin does not support this in any way. If you trade your items and lose them they are gone. Do not contact any staff member about this. If you do not want to lose your items then DONT merchant them.
It is a clear point you have to consider before make a trade in game because it goes to your own risk, the trade was by yourself and nobody pushed you to do it.

Kolatin no apoya esto en ningún sentido. Si tu pierdes tus items por medio del trade es problema tuyo, ahorrate la molestia de contactarnos, si quieres evitar que te pase algo asi entonces NO exhibas tus items poniendolos en merchant.
Creo que es un punto ya aclarado que esto corre bajo tu propio riesgo si es que te gustan exhibir tus items y alguien que tenia coins te los compra, el merchant lo hiciste tu y nadie te obligó a hacerlo,la culpa sería totalmente tuya.
